Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead store operations across the team store, game-day kiosks, and the ecommerce platform, ensuring profitability and top service. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, drive visual merchandising, and coordinate with Marketing, Sponsorship, and Finance to optimize sales and inventory.

This role requires a passion for sports, community, and guest experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail or sales management experience.
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management is an asset.
Strong leadership and people development skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in POS systems and inventory management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Brandt retail operations, including store, game-day kiosks, and e-commerce.
Ensure store profitability by meeting sales goals and controlling expenses.
Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, and asset protection compliance.
Maintain inventory control across receiving, pricing, stocking, and transfers.
Lead seasonal buying and product selection decisions with the Director of Merchandise.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of retail associates.
Track KPIs and prepare financial/operational reports.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sponsorship on promotions and events.
