Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Canada is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium retail boutique within the GTA. The role drives sales, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and oversees daily operations, inventory, and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Lindt Retail Boutique.
• Generate and drive corporate sales.
• Uphold exemplary customer service through modeling of behaviour and guidelines.
• Monitor sales and labour issues to maximize store profitability.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Retail Sales Associates.
• Supervise staff to maximize service, sales and profit.
• Train sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Order merchandise and supplies; manage inventory and loss prevention.
• Reconcile cash daily and handle store administration.
• Develop knowledge of products and sales information; achieve sales goals while controlling expenses.
• Performance manage staff and deliver reviews.
• Maintain store merchandising to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and food/product safety.
• Handle cash, inventory orders and related duties.
