Job summary

Showcase, the home of the hottest trends, is seeking a Store Manager for the Intercity Mall. You will lead a fast-paced team, recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales group while driving sales and store metrics.

This role requires experienced retail leadership, coaching, customer focus, strong organization, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You'll partner with the District Manager to grow sales and nurture a lively, trend-driven store experience.

Showcase is the Home of the Hottest Trends, bringing the newest viral products, toys, tech, and gifts to customers before anyone else. Our stores are fast-paced, interactive, and built around demonstration-driven selling that creates a fun shopping experience.

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who thrives in an energetic retail environment and loves building high-performing teams.

This role is ideal for experienced Store Managers or Assistant Managers ready to step into their first Store Manager role.

What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you will lead all aspects of store performance including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will drive sales results and key retail metrics while creating an engaging and interactive in-store experience. The role includes coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations including merchandising, scheduling, and inventory, and ensuring the store reflects Showcase brand standards and energy. You will work closely with your District Manager to grow sales and build a strong team culture.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should have retail management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, strong leadership and team development skills, and a passion for customer experience and sales performance. You should be able to coach and motivate a team to achieve goals while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Experience in mall retail environments is considered an asset.
