Job summary

Apptoza Inc. is seeking a Store Upgrade Relays Project Manager to lead planning and execution of multi-location retail store upgrades, remodels and merchandise relays from initiation through completion.

This mid-level role coordinates cross-functional teams across Real Estate, Store Development, Construction, Facilities, IT Infrastructure, Store Operations and vendors to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless customer experience during

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technology or infrastructure project management.
• CAPM or PMP certification (preferred).
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with networking and infrastructure concepts and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery for multi-site retail store upgrades, remodels, refreshes, and relays.
• Dual ownership of Facilities and Store Systems, ensuring integrated upgrades.
• Facilities management: coordinate construction, fixtures, signage, and MEP works.
• Store systems IT delivery: lead POS, network, cabling, devices, and digital signage testing.
• Cross-functional coordination with real estate, construction, facilities, IT, store operations, merchandising, and vendors.
• Schedule, budget, and risk management across concurrent projects.
• Minimize downtime through phased plans and off-hours execution with store teams.
• Vendor and stakeholder management, including procurement, performance tracking, and communication.
• Go-live readiness and handover with stores fully operational.

This mid-level role involves end-to-end delivery of projects that combine physical store upgrades (remodeling fixtures| layout changes| signage| and MechanicalElectricalPlumbing systems) with store technology deployments (point-of-sale systems| network and cabling upgrades| digital signage| etc.)2. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functionally with diverse teams Real EstateStore Development| Construction Facilities| IT Infrastructure| Store Operations| Merchandising| and external contractors and technology vendors. The primary objective is to deliver projects on schedule and within budget while minimizing store downtime and ensuring a seamless customer experience during upgrades.

• Go-live readiness and handover| ensuring stores reopen fully operational with validated systems and completed punch lists.

Minimum Qualifications

• 57 years of experience in technology or infrastructure project management
• CAPM or PMP certification (preferred)
• Proven experience in managing project budgets and financial tracking
• Familiarity with networking and infrastructure concepts and best practices
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational| communication| and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
