  • Drive sales and develop strategies to increase revenue and average order value.
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers a strong, customer‑first experience.
  • Monitor customer experience results and address opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure customer orders are prioritized and handled efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee receiving processes.
  • Ensure incoming products are processed accurately and ready for the sales floor.
  • Maintain labour levels and scheduling in line with sales and operational needs.
  • Oversee store merchandising, signage, displays, end‑caps and overall appearance.
  • Execute seasonal merchandising changes, promotions and special events.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and retain a strong retail team.
  • Identify high‑performing employees and create opportunities for training and development.
  • Forecast staffing needs and adjust scheduling and recruitment based on store demand.
  • Hold team members accountable to company policies, procedures and performance expectations.
  • Manage formal and informal performance issues when required.
  • Provide product knowledge training and ongoing coaching to the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, inclusion and mutual respect.
What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within powersports, automotive or sporting goods is required.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, inventory management and merchandising.
  • Experience recruiting, developing and performance‑managing employees.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Sales‑focused with an understanding of how to improve store performance and profitability.
  • Comfortable working hands‑on and being highly visible on the sales floor.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using retail systems and computer‑based programs.
