Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually (dependent on experience)

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of store performance - leading a talented team, optimizing operations, and creating premium guest experiences that reflect Fjällräven's commitment to sustainability and adventure.

  • Lead a high-performing team: Recruit, coach, and develop staff while promoting accountability, inclusion, and resilience
  • Drive guest experience excellence: Model GUIDE service standards and ensure every visitor receives personalized, knowledgeable service
  • Manage operations: Create effective schedules, oversee timecards and compliance, and ensure safety, loss prevention, and SOP adherence
  • Steward the store's financial health: Manage expenses, analyze KPIs and P&Ls, and drive profitable business strategies
  • Cultivate local community ties: Plan brand-right events, manage store marketing budgets, and build strong partnerships with local organizations
  • Champion sustainability: Embed waste-reduction and stewardship into store practices, and educate guests and team members on our Arctic Fox Initiative, Down Promise, and other core programs
  • Own the product experience: Collaborate on assortments, oversee visual merchandising, manage inventory lifecycle, and drive sales conversion through product knowledge

  • At least 2 years of retail leadership experience (store manager, assistant manager, or multi-store lead preferred)
  • Proven success in driving sales and leading teams to exceed goals
  • A track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building positive team culture
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, including scheduling, labor budgets, inventory, and compliance
  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring others and supporting wellbeing
  • Passion for sustainability, the outdoors, and the Fjällräven mission
