Job summary

Best Buy Canada is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager (Store Leader) to drive performance across a Calgary market location. You will lead a team of store leaders, coordinators and advisors, partner with multiple business areas and vendors to deliver superior customer experiences and sales results.

You will coach, develop, and motivate your team, foster an inclusive and fun learning culture, and ensure strong revenue, inventory health, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a hospitality or retail team of at least 50 associates in a fast-paced and high-volume location.
• 5+ years of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-sales volume store.

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to create an inclusive, fun and safe work environment
• The first store(s) you will be placed in are Deerfoot Meadows or Sunridge
• In this role you will be placed permanently in any of our Calgary store locations(eg:Calgary 17th Avenue, Deerfoot Meadows, Northland, Shawnessy, Sunridge and Westhills Calgary)and ability to commute to those locations is required
