Bath & Body Works is seeking a Supervisor in Mirabel, QC to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent customer experiences. You will lead the sales team, execute planned retail initiatives, and drive performance across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as manager on duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Support action plans with the sales leadership team to improve results and execution.
• Lead opening/closing routines including deposits and shipments and communicate directives.
• Set daily directions and goals for the team on shift.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to associates.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain store appearance.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
