PartSource is seeking a Store Manager in Canada to lead retail operations, drive in-store customer excellence, and grow B2B sales with commercial accounts. You will coach teams, manage scheduling and budgets, and ensure compliance with visual and inventory standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing and growing B2B sales.
• Availability to work retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Foster a sales-driven culture and ensure exceptional in-store customer experiences.
• Drive outside sales through commercial accounts and new business development.
• Ensure compliance with visual standards, pricing, planograms, and inventory control.
• Oversee store maintenance, fleet compliance, accounts payable reconciliations, and scheduling.
• Coach and develop your team; set goals, create development plans, conduct appraisals.
• Lead meetings, resolve customer concerns, manage recruitment and training.
• Mentor your team and motivate them through recognition programs.
• Maintain performance expectations and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
