Job summary

T Cannabis is seeking a responsible Retail Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service and educate customers on cannabis products. This role supports daily store operations and helps maintain a welcoming shopping environment in Sioux Lookout.

We offer growth opportunities, with many Retail Store Associates advancing to management positions within a year. A flexible shift schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. is available to accommodate store needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• CannSell certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Clean criminal record check or willingness to obtain one.
• Availability for shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Report to duty punctually and in appropriate attire according to dress code standards.
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and safe consumption.
• Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories.
• Ensure the store is kept clean and orderly daily.
• Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 or under.
• Abide by all company policies and procedures.
