Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp in Saint-Constant, QC is seeking an Associate to provide customer service and perform stocking tasks in a safe, clean environment. You will greet customers, assist with product finds, and help ensure shelves are stocked and merchandise signed.

This team member will help plan tasks based on workload, maintain fixtures, prepare backrooms for unloading, and support the Customer Availability Process while following safety rules. The starting hourly wage is CAD 18.75.

• Age – 16 or older

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
