Job summary

GardaWorld in Ottawa is seeking a Retail Security Supervisor to protect assets and people across the site, patrolling with the team and maintaining safety standards.

You will supervise security operations, respond to incidents, and coordinate with authorities when required, while promoting a secure shopping environment for staff and customers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Ontario security license
• First aid certification
• Able to stand and walk for entire shift
• Previous retail security experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Police Foundations Graduate

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
