Job summary

Princess Auto Ltd. is looking for a Sales Team Member to create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience on the sales floor.

You will engage customers in conversation, answer questions about our merchandise in person and over the phone, and help them find products and solutions for their everyday problems. You’ll also assist with merchandising, keep the store tidy, and contribute to a friendly, service-minded team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to learn about products quickly.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work with minimal supervision.

As a Sales Team Member at Princess Auto, you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers while working on the sales floor. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day engaging customers in conversation and responding to their questions about our merchandise in person and over the phone. Your goal is to help them find products and solutions for their everyday problems, which turn their ideas into reality. You will also help with merchandising products and keeping the store tidy.
