The position is on site in Richmond, BC, offering 30–40 hours per week with an $24.04 hourly wage. Start date is as soon as possible for a permanent full-time role, with evening, morning and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 3–4 staff.
• Assign sales duties and monitor performance.
• Hiring and training staff or arranging training.
• Manage inventory and order merchandise.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
