Job summary

Encore is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for Vaughan to drive growth by uncovering opportunities and delivering sales across the assigned territory. You will champion Unilever brands in-store, build relationships, and meet targets while ensuring shelves are compliant and well merchandised.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales/merchandising experience in CPG, strong communication, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelves are stocked, tagged, and planogram-compliant.
• Merchandising product and monitoring inventory flow.
• Use sales tools to spot opportunities, identify underperforming categories, and boost profitability.
• Stay on top of regional sales trends to maximize in-store performance.
• Share feedback and insights on retail conditions.
• Jump in on other related duties as needed.
