Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Merchandiser for Ferrero Canada to manage shelves and ensure planogram and pricing accuracy at major retailers. You will engage with customers, educate on products, and build compelling displays to boost sales across assigned territories.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and traveling within the territory. Training is provided; scheduling roughly 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelves at major retailers and ensure Planogram compliance and correct pricing.
• Ensure product freshness and processing returns of all unsaleable product.
• Increase sales volume by selling and building displays; drive speed to market for new products.
• Suggest orders and selling programs to retailers; prepare reports and timesheets.
