Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Merchandiser for major grocery and convenience retailers in Canada. You’ll work with store management to execute client merchandising, drive sales and educate customers about leading brands.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong communication in a fast-paced setting. You’ll travel in your region, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail, client, or food broker preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Represent reputable brands with professionalism and attention to detail at every visit.
• Ensure planogram compliance, accurate pricing and correct product placement.
• Build and maintain displays to support promotions and seasonal launches.
• Look for opportunities to increase sales and secure additional store placements.
• Communicate with store staff and management to strengthen relationships.
• Complete reports, timesheets, and recaps accurately and on time.
