Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative in Kingston to promote top brands in grocery and pet food aisles. You will build relationships with store managers, secure displays, and negotiate for secondary placements to maximize visibility and sales.

You will travel to Kingston, Napanee, Prescott, Gananoque, Brockville, and Belleville, working 18–25 hours per month. The role emphasizes effective communication, drive for display wins, and ensuring planograms and stock readiness.

Responsibilities

• Bring energy and confidence into every store conversation.
• Build strong relationships so managers look forward to seeing you.
• Pitch and negotiate for secondary placements and seasonal promotions.
• Identify and secure secondary placements (end caps, promos, power aisles).
• Hit KPIs such as display builds and promotional sell-ins with flair.
• Connect conversations to sales to show ROI and results.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitors to stay ahead.
• Planogram and display execution support across stores.
