Job summary

Premium Retail Services in Kingston, Ontario is seeking energetic Pet Ambassadors to represent a major pet brand. You will engage customers, share pet health information, and support product demonstrations in stores and at events. The role offers flexible hours, in-store interactions with pets and parents, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Pet enthusiast with care for pet health and nutrition.
• Must have access to reliable transportation to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Tidy and face client's products on shelves and ensure POS materials are set up to help pet parents find what they need.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
• Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge including benefits and promotions to help increase recommendations and sales.
• Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.
• Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
• Set up demos/displays as required.
• Maintain and leverage client's provided material, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.
• Support recommendations driving special projects as required.
