Job summary

Vancouver Aquarium is seeking a Manager, Retail Sales to oversee the operations of all retail stores and outlets on site. You will coach 15-30 sales associates, lead merchandising, and drive sales while ensuring exceptional customer service and store presentation.

The role requires active engagement on the sales floor daily, managing cash handling, POS procedures, and loss prevention while supporting the Photo Experience program and team.

Qualifications

• 5 years management experience in a retail operation.
• Post Secondary education in marketing an asset.
• Extensive leadership and hiring experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail outlets and merchandising strategy to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coach and develop 15-30 sales associates, modeling excellent service on the sales floor.
• Maintain store standards, cash handling, and loss prevention practices.
