Job summary

FIKA is seeking a Retail Sales & Delivery Associate to deliver exceptional guest experiences both in-store and during deliveries. You will build relationships, educate customers on products and accessories, and ensure accurate, timely delivery while supporting store merchandising and operations.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, insured vehicle and comfort using apps. You will work with leadership to drive sales and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced cannabis

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with full G (ON) or Class 5 (BC/AB/SK/MB)
• Clean driving abstract and clear criminal background check
• Personal insured vehicle with proof of insurance for delivery
• Smartphone with data plan and comfort using apps/tech
• Strong guest service mindset and excellent communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated and team-oriented with a positive attitude
• High attention to detail, organization and basic math
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests and offering product guidance
• Support sales through recommendations and promotions with product knowledge
• Maintain product knowledge for accurate guest education and compliance
• Assist with merchandising, store setup and maintaining a clean retail environment
• Process transactions accurately following inventory and operational procedures
• Collaborate with store leadership to support store success and guest experience
• Safely complete deliveries including handling, loading, transportation and on-time delivery
• Follow routes, schedules and delivery procedures per training and regulatory requirements
• Communicate clearly with guests and dispatch, escalating issues when needed
• Maintain professionalism and a safe driving record in compliance with standards

Job Overview

The Retail Sales & Delivery Associate plays a dual role in delivering a consistent and elevated guest experience across both the retail floor and scheduled deliveries. This position is responsible for engaging guests with knowledgeable, professional service in-store while also ensuring orders are delivered safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Acting as a brand ambassador at every touchpoint, this role supports sales growth, product education, and promotional initiatives, while also contributing to overall store operations including merchandising, cleanliness standards, receiving, and inventory support.

Competencies and Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License -Full 'G'(ON)or Class 5(BC, AB, SK, MB)

• Process transactions accurately while following all inventory and operational procedures
• Work closely with store leadership and team members to support overall store success and guest experience
• Safely complete deliveries, including order handling, loading, transportation, and on-time delivery to guests
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and all delivery procedures in accordance with training and regulatory requirements
• Communicate clearly with guests and dispatch, escalating issues or concerns as needed
• Maintain professionalism, a safe driving record, and full compliance with company and regulatory standards
