Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate on credit card products, and guide them to solutions that fit their lifestyle.

Join a people-first team with competitive base wage plus commissions, onboarding and ongoing coaching, and flexible scheduling across multiple stores. Training is provided and confidentiality is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in retail or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product (Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way
• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage $17.75/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
