Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people‑first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

You will engage customers on the floor, listen to their needs, and guide them toward a product that fits their lifestyle. The role offers a base hourly wage with uncapped commission, onboarding and ongoing coaching,

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to pass a criminal and credit background check.
• Comfortable with commission-based earnings.

• Build strong relationships with store teams across assigned locations.
• Flex across multiple store locations within the region as needed.

Compensation

• Base wage17.95/hr plus uncapped commission
• Permanent full‑time or part‑time positions available
• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
