Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant across Canada to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations. You will engage customers, educate them on features, and guide applications while becoming the in-store expert for both customers and staff.

The role offers a base wage with uncapped commission, onboarding and coaching, and flexible scheduling from 9am to 9pm, Monday through Sunday. Permanent full-time or part-time opportunities are available.

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
