Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to assist guests with a fast-paced shopping experience in our ski resort village and stores. You will help guests find products for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain life, while delivering friendly service and product knowledge training.

This seasonal, on-site role offers shifts 9:00am–10:00pm, with full-time and part-time options. Experience in retail or selling goods is preferred; weekend and evening availability is required to keep our

• Retail or selling soft & hard goods experience preferred.
• Comfortable working indoors and in lively environments.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our four-part selling style: Welcome, Initiate, Suggest, Help.
• Learn product details and assist guests in finding items for skiing and village experiences.
• Handle merchandising, inventory, and daily cash-out procedures accurately.
• Maintain high retail standards by keeping stores fresh and organized.

Full/Part-time Hours

• Full-Time: Average 4-5 shifts per week
• Part-Time: 2-3 shifts per week
• Shifts anywhere from 9:00am to 10:00pm; weekend work required
