Job summary

Stichting Mission on Wheels is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Calgary showroom. This is a part-time seasonal role from October 2026 to February 2027. If you’re passionate about fitness equipment, you’ll thrive helping customers choose the right gear in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with product selections, upsell customers, create sales quotes, and manage inbound/outbound calls. You may help in the warehouse when needed; Friday to Monday, 9:45 AM to 6:15 PM, Calgary

Qualifications

• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience with email ticketing software is a plus.
• Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get hands dirty when needed.

We’re a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another person to work in our Calgary Showroom as a Retail Sales Associate.

What you’ll do

• Assisting customers with product selection and dropping knowledge bombs
• Using product knowledge to upsell customers
• Creating sales quotes

Who you are

• A self-starter who thrives with little to no supervision and strong problem-solving instincts
• Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, and you’re comfortable handling phone calls
• Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed

This role is based in our Calgary location, Friday to Monday 9:45AM to 6:15PM
