Job summary

Bells of Steel Inc. in Toronto is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the October to February season to help customers select fitness equipment and upsell based on product knowledge. You’ll also handle inbound and outbound calls and support showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with customers in a retail or ecommerce environment.

Role Overview

We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another person to work in our Toronto Showroom as a Retail Sales Associate.

What you'll do

• Assisting customers with product selection and dropping knowledge bombs
• Using product knowledge to upsell customers
• Handling inbound and outbound calls

Who you are

• A self-starter who thrives with little to no supervision and strong problem-solving instincts
• Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, and you're comfortable handling phone calls
• Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed

The schedule & location

This role is based in our Toronto location, where there are full time day shift, with weekend availability required.
