Working schedule: minimum 25 hours weekly (Sunday-Saturday availability)

Location: 80 ValleyBrook Drive, North York, ON

Starting hourly rate of pay: $20.93

Description

• Customer Service Orientation: Serving our customers efficiently and courteously in person and over the phone. Upselling and cross-selling corporate products and services. Handling customer complaints and inquiries. Problem solving shipment and equipment issues. Collaborating with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service. Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts. Assisting customers with shipping details and account challenges. Loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues. Communicating effectively across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Communicating positively with all stakeholders both orally and in writing. Listening actively to customers and partners. Maintaining personal responsibility and accountability. Complying with all corporate policies and safety standards. Punctuality and attendance. Living Purolator values and representing them to all contacts. Additional duties as assigned.
• Key Areas of Focus: Customer service, problem solving, relationship building, technology proficiency, personal responsibility, and accountability.
• Qualifications: 3-12 months customer service and retail experience preferred. Experience with POS systems and technology use preferred. Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals. Professional communication skills, both oral and written. Proven responsibility and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Familiarity with safety standards is an asset.
