Our Opportunity:
Restaurant Brands International is seeking a Manager, Retail Brick & Mortar Channel, TH, Canada to drive retail sales, profitability, and execution in our brick & mortar restaurant channel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive successful execution of retail initiatives in Tim Hortons Canada by collaborating with Supply Chain, Operations, Field teams, and Marketing to launch national general merchandise products.
Lead supply/demand forecasting for the retail brick & mortar channel.
Manage the implementation of nationwide retail projects, resolving challenges and managing risks impacting strategic objectives.
Plan and execute retail test markets from design to launch, collaborating on test briefs, site assessments, SOPs, owner communications, and inventory optimization.
Partner with Ops & Merchandising teams to establish retail-specific standards and requirements to improve visual merchandising, inventory planning, labor efficiency, and retail profitability.
Conduct performance analytics including SKU sales, inventory, KPIs, profitability, benchmarking, and market performance.
Manage relationships with retail service vendors and partners.
Assist in developing store grading strategies based on restaurant format and site characteristics, and implement retail discounting and clearance strategies.
Help develop internal communications and surveys for retail owners.

Required Skills:
Post-secondary degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Analytical, data-driven mindset with proficiency in quantitative analysis.
Experience in forecasting and demand planning.
Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders independently.
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERPs is a plus.
