Join to apply for the Retail Representative role at Purolator Inc.

Location: Cambridge, ON

Shift: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5pm-8pm. 9 hours per week

Pay rate: $20.87 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve customers efficiently and courteously in person and over the phone
• Upsell and cross-sell corporate products and services
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries
• Resolve problem shipments and equipment/technology challenges
• Collaborate with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and partners to ensure excellent customer service
• Build positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts
• Assist customers with shipping details and account issues
• Load, scan, log, and resolve freight issues
• Reconcile cash, manage deposits, and control keys
