What You’ll Be Working On:

Managing the overall production process and team leadership, ensuring merchandise is accurately priced, well-organized, and available, while maintaining quality control and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include store performance, leadership development, customer/donor service, production consistency, loss prevention, safety, and operational management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Minimum Requirements include excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to assess and coach staff, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma or higher. Relevant retail or management experience and strong analytical skills are preferred. Physical requirements involve lifting, standing, walking, and working with machinery, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Location: 1525 Victoria Park Ave, Toronto, ON. The role is exempt from FLSA and may require periodic travel for meetings or store visits.
