What You’ll Be Working On:

• Managing the overall production process and team leadership.
• Ensuring proper merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory utilization.
• Supervising quality control and workflow efficiency.
• Leading store performance, staff development, customer/donor service, and safety protocols.
• Handling operational tasks including stock management, loss prevention, and compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma (post-secondary preferred).
• Retail or industrial management experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements include lifting, standing, walking, and working in varied environments, with flexibility for schedule adjustments.

This role is exempt, with periodic travel required, located at 1525 Victoria Park Ave, Toronto, ON.
