Job summary

LEGO Group in Saskatchewan, Canada, is seeking a supervisor for the sales floor to support the ASM and SM with scheduling and staff oversight. This role operates in a hybrid workplace with expected collaboration across stores, offices or factories to ensure smooth operations and a welcoming, productive environment.

You will help maintain displays, manage stock, and ensure accurate cash handling and loss prevention practices while upholding LEGO policies and standards.

• Assist the ASM and SM in scheduling holidays, attendance and shifts.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and address issues per LEGO policies and procedures.
• Process orders for store and office supplies within guidelines and operating budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and merchandize products on the shop floor.
• Support merchandise presentation to LEGO guidelines and loss prevention targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets
• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
• Ensures a well-organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved
• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $22.10 - $25.30 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
