Job summary

The LEGO Group in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager. You will supervise Sales Associates during shifts, assist with scheduling, and ensure proper money handling and stockroom organization according to LEGO policies.

You will contribute to maintaining attractive product displays and ensure loss prevention targets are met. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a primary workplace location in a LEGO

• Effectively supervise Sales Associates during the shift, dealing with potential issues appropriately and in line with LEGO policies and procedures, with the ASM and SM's support
• Complete orders for store and office supplies in line with guidelines and operating budgets
• Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates
• Ensures a well-organized stockroom is maintained at all times and that all available products are merchandised on the shop floor and loss prevention targets are achieved
• Assists the ASM and SM in achieving a high standard of merchandise presentation following store guidelines

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.70 - $23.90 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
