Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Newmarket, Ontario, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store readiness and operational execution, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

This role requires a values-based leader who can oversee shipment, replenishment, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and compliance while coaching associates and leading store leadership expectations through coaching, zoning, team selling, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Strong attention to detail and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach in real time.
• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back‑of‑house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
