Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Operations Manager to drive store operations, inventory processes, and back-of-house efficiency. This leadership role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and requires strong execution and people development skills.

Minimum salary ranges between CAD 25.80 and CAD 31.85 hourly, with compensation reflecting skills, region, and experience. Candidates must be able to work nights and weekends and lift up to 40 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience using insights to drive performance.
• Experience developing talent and building team capability.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).

Responsibilities

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes.
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency.
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance.
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards.
• Support of floorsets and product launches.
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps.
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates.
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
