Job summary

Miniso in Toronto is seeking a Retail Operation Coordinator to support daily store operations across locations from our North York office. The role involves data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with head office, field teams, and marketing for campaigns.

You will prepare dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint, travel to stores as needed, and ensure smooth execution of retail hours, including weekends. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to operations leaders and management.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.
