Job summary

Acosta Group in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Full-time Retail Merchandiser to support in-store execution for our leading CPG client. You’ll stock shelves, build displays, and ensure product availability and planogram compliance.

You’ll implement plan-o-grams, coordinate with store staff, rotate stock, and maintain promotional displays while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers full-time hours, benefits, and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
• Plan coverage and priorities, organize tools and materials to meet deadlines.
• Ensure promotional display compliance and rotate stock on shelves/displays.
• Communicate with store staff regarding tasks, promotions, and objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with store staff.
