Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Full-time Retail Merchandiser to support in-store execution for our leading CPG client. You will perform shelf stocking, display creation, and stock management to ensure product availability and planogram compliance.

The role requires previous merchandising or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with store staff. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is expected, along with physical ability to lift

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or sales is required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Implement in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
• Plan coverage and set priorities by reviewing call objectives and follow-ups, organizing tools and materials to meet deadlines.
• Ensure promotional display compliance, identify opportunities, correct voids and stockouts by merchandising shelves/displays, place POS materials on shelves, check dates and rotate stock.
• Communicate with store staff regarding tasks, promotions, client objectives and completed work.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain productive relationships with store staff to meet company and client goals.
