Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to service our Duncan BC territory (5 to 20 hours a month of work). Expected start date for this role: August 17-24th, 2026.

As a Merchandiser for Marketsupport, you will travel to local retailers—grocery, drug, big box, home, hardware, gas, and convenience—to perform merchandising tasks for nationally recognized brands. You will take photos, provide feedback through our reporting App, complete all assignments on time, map your territory, and

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.
• Access to smartphone or tablet and home computer with Wi-Fi.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable automobile.
• May be required to lift 15lbs to 50lbs.
• Flexible schedule including daytime and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Travel to local retailers to perform merchandising assignments for nationally recognized brands.
• Provide merchandising services such as planograms, displays, POP, stocking, auditing.
• Take pictures and provide feedback through our reporting App.
• Complete all scheduled assignments efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and map territory based on deadlines and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• Available to work during daytime and occasionalevenings and weekendhours .
• Ability to manage a small local territory and dedicated to completing all assignments.
• Can roll with the punches and handle a diversity of tasks to complete.
• Comfortable discussing, promoting and selling additional products.
• Smart phone/ computer savvy.
• Self-motivated, independent worker and a problem solver.
• Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to build positive relationships.

Requirements for the position:

• Access to smartphone or tablet (Android/ Apple) and home computer with Wi-Fi.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable automobile.
• May be required to lift 15lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• May occasionally require steel toe shoes.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.
