Job summary

Volkswagen Group Canada, Inc. is seeking a Retail Programs & Remarketing Manager to lead the design, publication, and governance of retail incentive programs and Certified Pre‑Owned initiatives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Field teams, and dealers to translate strategy into actionable programs, monitor performance, and optimize outcomes. The role offers a competitive CAD salary, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work environment in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years automotive experience including retail experience.
• Experience managing and administering sales programs, conducting financial analysis, and remarketing assets.
• High accountability and ownership of processes and outputs.
• Detail oriented with a process mindset.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Collaboration and stakeholder integration skills.
• Exceptional communication skills: interpersonal, presenting and written.
• Strong technical proficiency with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain monthly incentive forecasts and reporting, tracking program performance vs. plan and key inputs.
• Support budget planning by monitoring spending, volumes, variances, and developing scenario analyses.
• Conduct post-program analysis and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and opportunities.
• Develop monthly sales, competitive and incentives presentations and support ad hoc analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and distribute competitive incentive, loyalty KPIs and sales program intelligence.
