Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to customer support. You’ll be cross-trained to handle cash register duties and front-end tasks as needed, while keeping a clean, welcoming environment.

You’ll engage customers, manage transactions, protect cash and assets, and contribute to a safe, respectful store. Previous retail and strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising and stocking.
• Support customers and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions.
• Ensure cash security and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
