Agilus by Synergie in Guelph, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales through strong merchandising and inventory replenishment, and coach a dynamic team of store associates.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff, enforce company policies, and plan schedules that align with budgeted hours while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bring a minimum of five years’ retail experience, including at least two years in a management role.
• Ability to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments.
• Strong organisational skills and prioritisation ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently.
• Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive in-store experience.
• Maintain focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising.
