Job summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking a Market Leader to oversee retail field operations, team performance, staffing coordination, and sales across assigned territories and client programs.

The role combines frontline leadership with active participation in direct sales, customer acquisition, and promotional campaigns within retail locations. Base wage and uncapped commission are provided in a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading field teams or retail operations preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to drive sales and promote campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a field team of 6–10 Field Marketing Representatives and Assistant Market Leaders.
• Coordinate scheduling, shifts, attendance, and field productivity.
• Coach performance and conduct accountability discussions.
