Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, helping with product selection, promoting products and services, and resolving concerns.
• Support stocking and sales activities across the general merchandise area to keep the floor organized and customer-ready.
• Assist with Front End coverage when required and communicate with team to ensure smooth floor operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor through zoning, recovery, and merchandising tasks.
• Stock merchandise, execute modulars, and manage downstocking as needed to keep shelves stocked and attractive.
• Follow safety policies and store procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment.
