Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service by greeting customers politely, promoting products, helping them locate merchandise, and addressing concerns.
• Cover designated salesfloor sections.
• Perform zone shopping for the assigned area.
• Move featured items to their main module.
• Return merchandise left at the customer service desk to its area.
• Assist in covering the checkout area.
• Coordinate with colleagues to maintain checkout coverage.
• Contribute to a safe, clean environment by following company rules and completing safety logs.
• Stock, destock, and install displays and fixtures as needed.
