The LINQ Agency in Surrey, BC is hiring Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent financial brands at high-traffic locations. The role offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with both full-time and part-time options.

Training is paid and ongoing coaching is provided, with clear performance metrics. You'll engage customers, educate them on financial products, and strive to meet sales targets in a team-based, energetic environment with events during evenings and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales).

About the Role

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassadors to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on building a strong agency culture and providing meaningful growth opportunities. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions across the Surrey Area.

As a Retail Brand Ambassador - Surrey , you will represent leading financial brands in high-traffic retail locations, malls, and events throughout Surrey and surrounding communities. Your role is to engage customers, educate them on financial products, and help match solutions to their needs. Most activations are run in a team-based, energetic environment, with ongoing training and support provided.

This position offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
