The LINQ Agency in Vancouver is seeking Retail Brand Ambassadors to join our dynamic team. You will represent leading financial brands in high-traffic retail locations, engaging customers and educating them on financial products.

This role offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and opportunities for growth. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with events and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (retail, hospitality, promotions, or direct sales).

About the Role

LINQ is seeking motivated, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Ambassadors to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on building a strong agency culture and providing meaningful growth opportunities. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions across the Surrey Area.

As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will represent leading financial brands in high-traffic retail locations, malls, and events throughout Vancouver and surrounding communities. Your role is to engage customers, educate them on financial products, and help match solutions to their needs. Most activations are run in a team-based, energetic environment , with ongoing training and support provided.

This position offers guaranteed hourly pay plus uncapped commissions , making it ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
