Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• 2 years or less of experience in a position or specialization.
• Skill operating Inventory and POS systems and various retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support store profitability through effective product flow and stock handling.
