Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Canada is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and assist the Store Leadership team. You will respond to customer questions, recommend products, and support visual merchandising while processing transactions and maintaining inventory flow.

The role requires basic education, 2 years or less of experience, and flexibility for a seasonal retail schedule. Hourly rate is listed, with accommodations provided where needed.

• Perform all required cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty connections) accurately.
• Contribute to store profitability by handling product flow efficiently.
